The Radical Firearms MHR system is a slim 7" M-LOK hybrid rail handguard with a large inside diameter to accommodate suppressors and provide a full-sized feel. Its free-float design offers increased accuracy, keeps your hands cool, and has plenty of M-LOK attachment points for attaching accessories.
