Aero Precision's Enhanced Handguard provides a lightweight free float design for your custom AR-15 build. This M-LOK compatible system pushes advanced modularity beyond that of the 1913 picatinny rail system. Machined to MIL-SPEC dimensions and engineered to perfection, this handguard eliminates bulk yet retains strength and stability.
NOTE: This handguard requires either a BAR System Barrel Nut (sold separately) or the M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver.
This handguard has been designed for the AR-15/M4E1 platform. It is not compatible with the M5 .308/M5E1 platform.

Sturdy & Strong.

I love this handguard, it feels so sturdy so strong and lightweight. Note it's a little hard getting it on and if you have to take it off, you'll definitely have to give it some love taps to get it off with a rubber mallet.
Good fore end but didn't ship with the barrel nut

It nice and I like it as I now have the matched set but it didn't come with a barrel nut. Thats not PA fault but it would have been nice to know when ordering with a link to the two nuts that Aero produces for this fore end.
A beefy handguard!

This is a fantastic looking and performing handguard. It is very large (around) which is good for me because I have large hands. It has plenty of Mlok cut outs for almost any type of configuration you want and two QD holes for sling mounting. This is definitely a heavy duty handguard and not to be confused with a slimline or low profile model. Excellent quality all around.
Perfect for Suppressor Use

The fit and finish of this handguard is excellent. The FDE color matched perfectly with my other FDE components. The internal diameter is perfect for use with an SBR with a suppressor being housed inside of the handguard. While I have not built an SBR yet, I am seriously considering using this handguard with a 10.5" 300 BLK barrel and using my SilencerCo Hybrid46 in FDE. I believe the cool factor will be through the roof. Word to the wise, buy extra barrel nut shims from Aero Precision. I had to use the full stack of shims that came with the barrel nut (sold separately). Even when using all of the provided shims, I only managed less than 30 foot pounds of torque to line up the gas tube. I already ordered extra shims to ensure I torque the barrel nut to proper spec. Overall, excellent light weight handguard. Will consider purchasing again.

This rail/hand guard is great!
It’s a noticeably thicker than my Geissele hand guard, and I imagine it’s also heavier (more affordable too); but the cerakote is really nice and the QD mounts work perfectly. It was easy to install, seems in spec for all of my attachments, and was produced in my home state of Washington!
