This 7.62x39mm Bolt Carrier Group is fully assembled and drop-in ready for most MIL-SPEC upper receivers. All critical parts are coated with EXO Nickel Boron technology providing permanent dry lubricity, extreme durability and increased wear and corrosion resistance. This patented Nickel Boron coating will reduce friction and improve the overall performance of your rifle.

NOTE: In spite of the included Enhanced Firing Pin, light strikes may still occur when shooting TulAmmo or Golden Tiger ammunition due to excessive primer depth.

Fail Zero rules!

I have a Fail Zero BCG at the heart of my .458 socom build and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve not had a single malfunction with it. In my haste to shoot it, I forgot to lube it and the upper receiver. Functioned flawlessly, I’m completely satisfied.

Finally its reliable

I have a radical firearms upper, that has never let me shoot steel casings reliably. I've upgraded to the enhanced firing pin, new trigger, buffer and spring, but with steel golden tiger ammo (yes I know it's cheap surplus junk), I'd always get a misfire or two every ten rounds. Once I dropped this BCG in, I went 50 rounds without a single misfire. I was skeptical reading the description on the website, even says it may not solve light strikes on steel casings, but it seems to have done the trick for me.
