The MOE SL-S Stock is a direct replacement buttstock for AR-15/M4 carbines using MIL-SPEC receiver extensions. Included in the slimmest package possible, the MOE SL-S offers an enhanced cheek weld allowing a more upright head position. Two O-ring sealed, 10m waterproof storage areas each accommodate up to (2) CR123A lithium or (2) AA batteries.
A rolled toe and angled rubber butt-pad are optimized for use with body armor and a leaf-spring tension system provides a solid fit on MIL-SPEC receiver extensions, with slightly less friction than the original MOE SL. Ambidextrous QD sling swivel socket is included.

The most rugged and durable stock that magpul makes. It is a heavier stock, but has true waterproof storage, and the perfect cheek weld. I would recommend this to anyone.
Ideal Stock For Prone and DMR

The SIG 716I tread comes with the short SL-K version of this stock. Unfortunately it doesn't have enough length or cheek weld support compared to the SL-S. This stock is not quite as bulky as the STR. I would say this is absolutely perfect and there is room for 2 CR2032 batteries for your PA scope.
Excellent stock

This has precise fit, and adjustment. Great cheek weld, and the storage is handy. I personally like the extra weight, for the setup I have it on. Top notch quality.
Rugged with exceptional cheek weld

This stock is solid and excellent. It's a little heavy but it is extremely rugged and durable. This is my personal second favorite stock behind the B5 Sopmod Enhanced which is the best stock on the market in my opinion. The Magpul SL- S has storage and a divine cheek weld. It feels amazing, looks awesome and helps me perform better. It's a little more expensive but worth every single penny. If you don't know already you will love it.
