Best Magazine
by Iszzy
Daniel Defense are the best and reliable. Excellent choice and I have no issues with the magazine.
Move Over PMAG!
by xX_CHARTRAW_Xx -
The DD magazine is probably the best polymer magazine made to date. The textured grip really helps when wearing gloves. I have had no problems with mag malfunctions or any reliability issues. I was skeptical at first because of the price, but they are well worth the money.
My New Go To Choice
by JD
Well built. Excellent rough texture for gripping with gloves.
It will catch with 31 rounds loaded on a closed bolt. With 32 rounds I wasn't able to however (but that's nothing new with any mag).
I've fed around 800 rounds through 4 of these mags with no issues. Definitely will come back for more.
Super fast and efficient!

I have yet to find out how good and reliable this magazine. I am also very satisfied the way the items were delivered to my address... super fast as promised, i will definitely order more items in the future to support my job and my competition shooting needs!

Have a few of these mags now no issues yet after a few hundred rounds. I trust in anything DD PUTS THEIR LOGO ON
Great Mag!
by John
They are half the weight of a 30 round mag and the DD mag actually holds 32 rounds and can chamber. Great product! Will be buying many more.
Best Magazine to ever hit the market, Pmag who?
by Keith
I have used so many mags from military to civilian shooting, I did indeed love pmags but I'm just not a big fan of everything Magpul. The DD mag has a pull base plate already installed and this is a huge deal. The DD mag is a 32 rounder. It is lighter feeling to me than the pmag and the hexmag too. In my honest opinion, Daniel Defense hit the magazine market in the nose on this one. Coupled with the fact that they do not carry the typical Daniel Defense pricing i.e. An arm and a leg as most DD products do. No way am I ever paying $80 for a scope ring! These just plain work and work very well. In my opinion, the best magazine on the market and we have been waiting for someone to unseat Magpul and brother here is the new light weight champ!
Follower Damaged Easily, Will Not Nolt Hold Open
by Robert -
I ordered 3 of these and after some moderate use, one of the magazines failed to bolt hold open. The bolt of my rifle somehow scraped the follower, cutting a channel in it that allows the bolt to pass right over after the last round has been fired, instead of holding the bolt open.
Worked fine until I really needed it to!

The micro-derm stippling is great, dimensionally, its the same as any standard at-15 mag but has +2 which is cool.
I wanted to give it 2 stars because it locked into my mag well on an open bolt, during the Ft. Benning multigun. The event was witnessed by ROs and other shooters, it caused me to have to dump the rifle and get 7xFTE which destroyed my stage time.
