I was on the fence over waiting for the new 6-24x50 ACSS to arrive later this month. It is advertised with at a lot lower price but the more I researched the Platinum Series scopes, I knew one of these was more inline with what I desired for my 308. With several reviews of the lower magnification ACSS HUD DMR and the DEKA reticles, I looked at my particular ranging needs and opted for this scope. I was NOT disappointed! This scope easily reached out to 1000 yards without a struggle. Optics are crystal clear thru maximum magnification. Easily estimated wind calls with the mirage effects at 30x, and the ACSS is spot on.
