Details
Details
The Primary Arms 4-14x44mm rifle scope was the first step into first focal plane (FFP) optics and remains one of the most cost-effective options on the market. Having a reticle stay 'true' through the entire magnification range opens a world of possibility for hunters, marksman, and competitors everywhere. Add in "built like a tank" construction and a lifetime warranty, and it's easy to see why this scope is so popular.
Features:
- Traditional MIL-DOT reticle can be used to accurately range and holdover
- First Focal Plane reticle stays true at all magnifications
- High strength aircraft grade aluminum body
- Side-adjustable parallax and fast focus eye piece for crisp view of the target and reticle
- 30mm main tube compatible with your favorite rings and mounts
- Tactile and audible 1/10 MIL windage and elevation adjustments
- Exposed tactical style turrets with Zero Reset
- Shockproof, waterproof, and fog resistant
- Parallax adjusts from 15 yards to infinity!
- Excellent glass clarity
At the heart of the 4-14x44mm rifle scope is the first focal plane MIL-DOT reticle. Properly matched with MIL/MIL turret adjustments, this traditional reticle in use by military forces in almost every country allows shooters to range and find their hold overs without being forced to use caliber specific BDC systems. Each dot is .25 MILs with a full MIL measured from the center of one dot to the next. For shooters who want a proven reticle with wide spread military acceptance, the MIL-DOT is perfect for you.
A scope that won’t hold up to real world use won’t do any good, so they built the 4-14x44mm FFP tactical rifle scope to last with a heavy-duty aircraft grade 6063 aluminum body and 30mm main tube. Waterproof, shockproof, and fog resistant, this scope is perfectly at home on an AR-15 or your favorite hunting rifle. Even better, the MIL/MIL turrets track correctly through their full 17.5 MIL adjustment range, allowing for confident adjustments for shooters who prefer to count their clicks. With clear glass, heavy duty construction, and a true first focal plane reticle that can be leveraged at every magnification, the 4-14x44mm rifle scope from Primary Arms offers shooters a versatile and effective rifle scope, covered by a lifetime warranty!

Great service/great prroduct
by Charles Trombley
as others have said, this scope for the money can't be beat. I really can't say enough good things about it. To get something similar in a big name brand look at spending $1000. Will be looking at another for my next project build.
Excellent

As solid as all the videos and websites have made it out to be and I'm looking forward to taking it out to the range.
PA 4-14 Mil Dot Riflescope
by UtahAmmoCan
Bought this scope to mount on a 6.5X284 varmint rifle after seeing a review on MAC (Military Arms Channel). Scope mounted and laser sighted, but not shot yet due to personal issues. I am looking forward to trying it out very much. I can say this that the scope has all the features I was looking for in a scope, and certainly seems very robust. I looks simply awesome mounted on the rifle (I also purchased a hood for the scope). A word on the service… it was superb. I could not have asked for better service. This was my first purchase from PA, but I have them bookmark and they are now among my regular haunts for all things firearm.
Love this scope...

Bright, clear optics...accurate mil dots (reticle and turret) at all magnifications. Turrets were a bit mushy, but taking the caps off and applying a very small amount of MPro on the O-rings solved that issue. Mounted on a Rem 700 AAC-SD (.308) with a Weaver 20 MOA extended picatinny base and TPS low rings. Zeroed in three shots...
great buy

Buy it, quit shopping, It is well worth the price. You won't find a scope with all these features for under $500.00.
Great Customer Service

Called looking for a scope... Something I know very little about but had some ideas. Staff talked me through what I needed and kept me from selecting a model that wouldn't suit my purpose. Emailed me the info since I was driving. Thanks!
Highly impressed!

Compared this to a SS 10x HD, SS 12x, and a Bushnell Elite 3200 3-9x40. The glass is just as clear as the Bushnell, and a touch clearer than the non-HD SS - just a tiny bit darker than the SS at 12+ magnification but not much. Not quite as clear as the SS HD but not that far from it, and way more than I expected for a scope in this price range. Turret clicks are crisp and precise (a bit better than the SS models) and the marks line up perfectly. Focus wheel turns easily and has a wide range of adjustment for very fine control. Reticle thickness is reasonable at max magnification while still being visible at minimum mag. What can I say? I can't find a thing I don't like about this scope. Initial impression is that PA has hit a home run with this one! Can't wait to mount it up on the ol' 308 and do the box test. At the price PA is asking, this has got to be the most bang-for-the-buck you can get in a scope. Great job!
1st-Time Experience was Great!

CS was great. Each of the guys I spoke to at PA were courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I did get some mixed data from them, but that's why I always get several opinions on a topic, usually. I got it clarified. The product came a couple of days later than expected, but perhaps that was because I was anxious, hoping for 2 days, not 4 in the priority USM delivery. The product looks great, feels great. It's short on the ELV clicks by four-tenths of a mil, but it will work for my purposes at the moment. The turrents have a nice, strong click to them that you can both feel and hear. A minor complaint is the brevity of the instructions that come with it. More info and tech data could be included to save time calling cs. I've yet to try it at the range, but it is an un-matched quality for a sub-$300 scope, for-sure. PA really doped this product into a bullseye solution. Thank you!
Amazing Value

Due to a backorder issue with a different company, with a much, much more expensive scope, I purchased this scope in a pinch ahead of a 3 day sniper class.During the class, I proceeded to beat the crap out of it. I fired approximately 800 rounds from a HK91 (known for being oh so gentle on optics......)We rolled around in the mud, it was dropped, slung, submerged and even used for about 12 hours in a full on downpour. After 3 days it held zero and tracking perfect, did not break, fog, fail or malfunction in any way.The glass is solid and the turrets and reticle are spot on accurate and repeatable. I really appreciated the side focus knob, just ignore the "distance" for anything over 300 yards. Is it a Steiner or U.S. Optics or Nightforce? No, but for the money, nothing even comes close in a variable. So if you are just getting into the long range game, or need a scope that will get the job done on a budget, you really cant go wrong!
Great Quality!

Everything went smoothly for the order, and I am very satisfied with the scope! It is an unbelievable product especially for the price. For the features this scope has you would normally be looking at spending arounf $400-$600 if not more.
