Spike's Tactical AK-47 Dynacomp Muzzle Brake - 14x1 LH

Does the job....little to no muzzle rise, plus a half the cost of Battle Comp!

I bought this comp to lighten/shorten the business end of my Tantal. It's the only aftermarket brake that I know of that will fit the Tantal's odd barrel design. I would say I get damn near ZERO muzzle rise and negligible felt recoil. Awesome product for the money and the perfect product for my application. If you have a Tantal you will love this brake.

Shipping as usual was spot on! I always go priority mail. The purchase of this was for my Zavasta M70 N-PAP AK47, it has the slant muzzle break when it ships from the factory. There's a little push button mechanism that holds the slant muzzle brake in place, on the brake is a tiny cut out that the button from the ak47 slides into. Anyways, I was worried about the spikes brake not working but it comes with a spot cut into the brake for the button to lock into. The space wasn't deep enough for me to feel comfortable with the button locking into place so I simply dremeled the area a little and sure enough everything locked up nice and tight. Looks great, doesn't add much length and practically no weight. It was worth the money, now to get out and shoot it.

This muzzle brake has made a good AK even better. Lot less recoil very little movement off target. Good for teaching recoil shy new shooters. Makes a good shooter even better. Pair this muzzle brake with a primary arms red dot zero the red dot for one inch high at 25yds and your good out to 350yds on man size targets. I don't know if it's the best one out there but the price was right. I didn't want to go to cheap or to expensive so I took the middle of the pack and I'm glad I did. Shipping was fast I'll buy another for my 5.56 if they make one. I highly recommend.

I came across this muzzle brake on this website. I was mostly intrigued by the design of this brake. As I was conducting research on this device I kept hearing / watching mixed reviews on it. I went with my gut instinct and pulled the trigger on it. The installation was easy and simple. I attached this muzzle device to my Zastava NPAP. This past Friday I sent a little over 200+ rounds through this brake. I must say that I was completely FLOORED by its performance. It isn't perfect by any stretch of the word, however it definitely keeps the front end flat for rapid follow up shots. If you are reading this review just put this muzzle brake in the cart and complete the purchase now!

This is the first COMPENSATOR I used on a AR 15 build and yesterday I tested it out for the first time! Worked like a gem and its not as loud as some of my brakes are!!

Replaced an inexpensive Tapco break for this. I really like this brake. Several reviews commented on it being big. I don't think so at all. Larger than the Tapco, yes. But I have a short AK, and this does not look out of place. It fit perfect, lined up correctly, nice and snug up to the notch. The Tapco still had some wiggle once seated. I noticed I was able to stay on target better too with this brake. I like it's function and it looks great!
