Details

Compact, lightweight, and rugged, the SI Reflex Exoskeleton provides a Picatinny rail mount and protective shield for a wide variety of reflex optics. Precisely drilled holes in the mount enable users to attach a variety of optic models. Once installed, the included mounting posts securely hold the optic in place. The shield is precision cut from steel finished with QPQ black nitriding, while the aluminum universal mount is hardcoat anodized black. Combined, they offer the highest degree of protection from impacts and shock. If desired, the lightweight, low profile Picatinny mount may be used on its own.

Compatible Patterns:
Burris FastFire, Docter, Vortex Viper, Vortex Venom, Optima/JP, Leupold Delta Point, Redfield Accelerator, Trijicon TRD, Trijicon RMR.

NOTE: Not compatible with Vortex Razor pattern (Vortex Razor, C-MORE STS, STS2, RTS) or Delta Point PRO. Corner posts not to be used with dual illumination Trijicon RMR.

TRIJICON RMR-06 Protector

Wow, this robust Strike Ind. Exoskeleton is the ultimate protection for my Trijicon RMR-06. A little bit hard in turning off the switches, but not a big deal for someone looking for total protection for their expensive red dot. Got it for a great price here at Primary Arms!

Good design, poor quality

Not sure if I got a bad one, but the bolt that clamp the exoskeleton to the rail snapped while I was tightening the mount...with finger pressure only. Unfortunately this is in line with my previous experiences with Strike Industries products. Cool designs but poor quality/execution (and non-existent customer service). Needless to say I won't be ordering any SI products in the future.

Great solution for using an MDS on an AR

I'm using this with a Vortex Venom, on top of my 300 Blackout pistol I built for home defense (waiting to take home my suppressor). Being a USPSA Open shooter, I prefer optics with as little 'dead spots' as possible, but was concerned about damaging the Venom, while handling the gun. The Exoskeleton is the perfect solution that allows me to use the type of dot I prefer, without worry.

I'll thank those who have broken their retention screw, before me, for making my installation a pain free experience.
