Leapers UTG Pro Quick Detach AK Side Mount

Cheap and reliable, it retains zero easily when removed, when twisted to the left it go off zero slightly however returns to original zero. Besides that it is good for people with low budget and want a good side mount.

Great AK side mount for any optic. The only gripe, and it is minor, is that the tracking link in my confirmation was useless. Arrived on time and as expected. Done deal.

I ground out an opening at the rear of the upper dovetail so that the rail would go fully forward on my N-Pap's side rail. The rail sits a little high (on this AK variant) and because of this the cut-out through the center isn't really useable for iron sights, but it is centered above the dust cover and seems to support my scope well. I did have an issue where the rail came loose so will have to further test since tightening the adjustment a little more at the very end of my last session. If it doesn't loosen again, I'll consider it a 5 star item. I have several UTG products and have found all of them to be good or very good at a reasonable price point.

This mount fit snug on my WASR10 and was centered over the cover. The notch on the rail allows you to use the irons as well. I tried to use this with the PA 3X ACSS, but the rail needs another inch toward the rear due to the short eye relief of the scope. 4 stars for not enough rail to get proper eye relief.

The mount is reasonably light, centers the optic over the barrel (WASR) and locks up tight, until you fire. I could not keep the locking lever tight enough and was afraid to over-tighten and strip it out. Also if using a PA ACSS 3X, the rail doesn't give you enough rear bias, so you have to get pretty close to the dust cover to get a good sight picture. I guess if you wanted to jerry rig a fix, you could drill and tap, then insert a machine screw with a large washer to keep that lever from opening. Way cheaper than RS products, but not usable until that locking lever can be locked.

Seems well made but it did not fit my Century arms RAS-47 ( one star rating is for fit only)

This UTG PRO AK mount installed perfect on my Century Arms SAR-1 AK47 variant. The mount slid and locked onto my rifle's side plate without having to use a rubber mallet or any other tools. The mount was centered for my red dot sight and the V-shape on the picatinny rail allows me to use the rifle's iron sights. I can hold zero on my sight. This AK mount worked out great for me!!!

Works good as a rail. Had to beat it on my wasr with a hammer

Used on a 12g Lynx and slid off after 10 rounds. Followed instructions. No joy. Appears set screw is way too short. May work for you but not for me.

Fits very well on PSAK 47, make sure you tighten it down well. Has held zero very well and has not disappointed. Will definitely buy another one and being made in the USA is a serious pluss too!
