The 2A Armament Titanium takedown pin set features a through drilled design for maximum weight savings in a standard .250 pin size. The head of each pin also incorporates a pocketed feature to reduce weight. Each pin is machined with a single operation on our 8-Axis CNC Machines for true concentricity, and consistency. The 2A Armament titanium takedown pins are aesthetically pleasing on their BALIOS-lite receiver sets, as well as other vendors product.

Extremely lightweight pin alternative and good looking too.
Great service - excellent product
Primary Arms is without a doubt the best vendor I have ever done business with. Shipping is immediate and the prices are superb. The A2 Armament pin set is the finest quality I have ever seen! I'm very pleased with my purchase.
Light as a feather!

You know when I told my buddy I purchased these 2A pins he laughed at me. But as I was changing the old pins he picked them up and was surprised on how little they weigh compared to the old ones not to mention how nice and smooth they look. If you're looking to build a lighter Ar15 consider these pins, I find myself adding accessories to my Ar doll more often then I probably should without passing to the tacti-cool limit but this was a must have!
These pins look great!
Add a whole new look to my ar and it is surprising how lite they are.
Light, but sharp
by Chris -
I just received these today, and they're sitting in my rifle build right next to me as I type this. I love how light they are, and they installed quickly and easily (since I have a nice little pivot pin installation tool to prevent embarrassing detent malfunctions). However, both ends of the pivot pin and the left hand side of the takedown pin are very sharply milled. With gloves on, I'm sure this would not be a concern, but I've been handling them all morning, just absent-mindedly working them in and out and my index finger is a little sore from the edges of the pins. This normally wouldn't bother me, seeing as most people probably wouldn't disassemble their rifle so often that it would become a problem, but this might be a consideration for someone who doesn't want to feel like they're going to slice their finger pad open on a sharp edge of titanium pin.
