Assembling an AR-15 for the most part is pretty simple; however, some aspects of the process can be frustrating such as installing the takedown detent and spring or trying to put the trigger together. CMC Triggers saw a need to improve on the AR15 trigger installation process and introduced their line of completely self-contained trigger groups. Each trigger is encased in 8620 alloy steel to protect the internal components from dirt and debris, carbon buildup, or anything else that might get into the lower receiver and can be installed in seconds. Just drop it in, install the Mil-Spec trigger pins and you are ready to go. They have a huge selection of triggers that are built for specific applications and preferences. This model is designed for target shooting, home defense, and hunting as it has a light, two stage trigger pull to improve accuracy without sacrificing reliability or safety. Install this fire control group today and experience a smooth trigger pull like never before.
With roots in aerospace manufacturing, CMC is perhaps best known as the producer of the original drop-in precision trigger for the AR-15/10 platform. CMC Triggers are dedicated to crafting the finest parts and accessories for law enforcement, military, and civilian use.

Super easy install. Love the flat design. I've only taken it out once so far but it was a great day. Super crisp. When they say glass like break they mean it!

I'm not an expert with ARs and Im also not afraid of working with my hands , after getting excellent advise from Primary 's customer service center I New I was up for the challenge of taking out the old trigger and installing this single packed trigger , after the installation I took my AR to the range and notice the difference between the old and the new ,, I understand the term the trigger brakes like glass ,,,,, very smooth and clean installation ,,
CMC for the WIN !!
I own a number of the CMC triggers. The first one came standard on my RA308 from Rainier Arms. I liked that 2 stage so much that i put one in my PWS Mk116 Mod1.
More recently, i put one in a BCM BFH 16" build. It was this 2/2 version.
Let me just say, IT'S AMAZING.
I'm former Spec Ops and i have to say that for a good combat trigger, the "Boot" feature on their flat triggers is a winner because it ensures the same finger placement every time. When you are wearing gloves that's huge.
If i had to go back to combat, i'd want a flat CMC trigger with the "boot" for the win. I have the Hyperfire Eclipse triggers and one of their "Elite" triggers. The "Shoe" is definitely nice, and i LOVE Hyperfire's but again, for combat i'd want the fixed "boot" on the CMC. The shoe on the Eclipse could slide or move as it's adjustable. I also get unintentional double taps with the Geisselle SD3G trigger, although i do love the SSA-E and their SCAR trigger.
