Mine came with a rust spot in the middle that was half way through the tube and rust developing down the length. Yes, some stainless alloys rust faster than carbon steel. Emailed a photo and Tom responded right away while Julie notified me a couple hours later a replacement was on the way. Can’t recommend this tube, but PA service, shipping and inventory makes them my first choice for reliable parts. Five + star company.
