GOOD STOCK

by -

It's a good stock for those of us living on the LEFT coast. The quality of the casting is good. I recommend a ambi-safety for ease of accessibility . Overall it looks sharp and functions well.

Good Stock for CA Compliant Featureless

by

Just got two of these on sale for the 4th of July from PA. Quality is decent for the price and simple to install. I live in CA and this is a good option for featureless ARs, also when I eventually leave this state I can quickly remove the steel plate (and use pistol grip as originally intended). I would recommend for anyone larger 6' tall + (or with a long reach) to purchase the spacer extensions. The stock is a tad bit short out of the box, so I added another 30mm spacer which helped a great deal. Spacer was another $12 from Hera Arms and worth it. I prefer the featureless buttstocks/rifles so I can legally keep the magazines unfixed (CA gun laws are terrible). I had a couple fixed magazine set-ups for a while, but Type III Malfunctions are a problem at times. Featureless just makes life easier and is closest to normal function, this stock really worked out well. Thank you PA & Hera Arms!
