Chinese junk!
by Dc -
I should have known better than to buy this kit. Dust cover that came with parts kit was for Ar-10 (too long). The handguard/rail is impossible to time correctly, there are no shims and the handguard feels flimsy/wobbly even with the set screw tightened all the way down. Upper receiver had burrs in the gas tube hole (made for a real tight fit). And worst of all, upper receiver wont fit on my DPMS, Adcor defense, or PSA lower. It does however fit BARELY on my Spikes lower, but the pivot and takedown pin have to be hammered out. I wouldn't touch this kit again even if it was on sale for $100, total junk!
Parts out of spec
by Kier -
do not buy this kit, alot of the parts are out of spec, loose, wont fit, missing springs, too big. etc. good thing i have extras laying around. I have yet to shoot this thing but we will see.
Hammer sucks
by Spencer -
Hammer sucks. Over rifle is not bad, get hat you pay for. Just go ahead and buy yourself another trigger group or at least hammer. Awful hammer, can't stress enough, crap quality. Fought two days to get retaining pin through hammer, still haven't got it through. Marred my lower all up trying it every which position possible to get hammer in place. No-go. Do not pass go, do not collect two hundred dollars.
It works for me
by Seth -
I put 2 of these kits together, 1 went perfect no issues, the second the only issue was I go ta dust cover for an AR10 but they sent me the right one and it worked just fine. Both guns shot without any issues
Great purchase!

For an inexpensive kit, this thing is great. Looks amazing and came together perfectly. If you’re looking for a cheap build, I’d highly recommend this.
Ok for Cheap
by Charles -
I bought this kit when it first came out and Tiger Rock didn't even have any internet reviews as a company yet. I bought this kit because I wanted to get experience in putting together an AR from scratch and not lose a ton of money if I messed something up. With that being said, everything for the upper parts kit was there and fit fine. The major problem was the LPK was missing some things: Trigger disconnector spring, buttstock slide lock pin and locking spring, and the buffer retainer spring. After replacing the missing parts, the rifle is OK. It shoots, but don't expect anything more. If you want a tactical rifle with tight groupings etc. then spend the money needed.
