If you are tired of using iron sights on your AK-47 pattern rifle and want to use optics but don’t trust some of the other scope mounts on the market, then you should check out the RS Regulate AK-300 modular scope mounting system. This 2nd generation AK-301M lower scope rail is one of the most precise, rugged, and lightest weight you can find. However, the real claim to fame is the unique titanium-based locking system that is extremely low profile and attaches directly to the receiver. Once this front biased lower rail is locked down, it isn’t going anywhere ensuring that your rifle stays zeroed to your favorite optic. It is made from 6061-T6 aluminum and the modular design allows you to mount your optic directly over bore and adjust for proper eye relief. All you need is an upper optic mount compatible with your favorite red dot or scope and you are ready to head to the range.

The AK301-M front biased lower rail weighs just 2.88 ounces and is compatible with most Russian, Bulgarian, and VEPR pattern rifles with factory side mount rails. However, it is not compatible with FIME VEPR-FM rifles with factory folding stock. With the AK-300 line of lower rail mounts, you can easily remove your optic for storage and retain zero the next time you attach at the range.

The Best Option on the Market Today!

If you want a removable side mount that will consistently return to zero, look to further! Yes these are expensive, but worth every penny. I have the Gen2 AK301 with an AKM and an AK303 with an AKR. The AKR is set up with PA's 1x6 for 7,62 x 39 with ACSS reticle. The return to zero accuracy and consistency is second to none. This mount is far superior to any of its competitors. Buy once cry once.

AK micro red dot

So far, I am very happy with this product. I have range tested it with about 100 rounds, and it is holding up well. I do not know about the long haul, and the overall ruggedness, though, and it will take some time to evaluate it for that.For my needs.....range only.....I believe that it will hold up well. If needed for combat (hopefully not), and it fails...I have cowitness capability, and, I can quickly detach it and use the irons.For those not willing to spend $700, and wish to use it for the range, I believe it to be money well spent.

Nicest side rail mount, ever!

This mount is easy to adjust, and locks on tight. When combined with their Micro Red Dot Mount it was a perfect way to add an Aimpoint H1 to my Saiga-12.

5 Stars for AK47 RS Mounts & PA RBG Mini Dot

With 20 years behind an AR platform I can't get used to the AK sight picture or cheek weld. However the AK301 "Front" biased optic mount and the AKML mount for Aimpoint T1 and H1 fits my Primary Arms Mini Dot. Either the RBG removable base or the AD advanced push button mini dot. I am very impressed with how squared away my AK's sighting systems are now! This mount is rock solid you can do push ups on it once installed! There is no shift when remounting and the optic is mounted very low right over the dust cover behind the rear iron sight. Yes it cowitnesses too. Everything about this mount combined with the AKML dot mount "lines up". My other 2 AK's will be getting this set up now.

Rock solid and holds zero

This mount attaches and detaches in seconds and holds zero. What else do you want? I combined this with the RS AKML mount to attach a Primary Arms Advanced Micro Dot. All around a great combo.

Purchased the AK-301 and AKMD for my Arsenal SAM7SF. Perfect fit and adjustability. Not a nicer mount out there.
