Great handguard
by Thomas -
nice fit and finish, super light, looks great, feels great in hands.
there was no instructions in the box I got. it helps to add a lil aeroshell to the wedges, also timing the little jack screw and getting the wedges spaced properly before tightening it helps it look even. Also start the barrel nut at 35ft/lb because you may need to tighten it more to get it to time up, not for the gas tube but for the wedges. if you have it off and one of the lengthwise groves aren't lined up with your gas tube (or the hole for it if it is AR9) the wedges wont tighten down all the way.
looks great on my new 9mm pistol and I love it.
Excellent

Anodizing is flawless. The tapered locking nuts and turnbuckle screw make for a solid connection to the barrel nut; online videos by Aero Precision helped. A light coat of oil on the locking nuts help with install. Barrel nut alignment is more for the locking nuts as others also note that the gas tube rides well above the barrel nut.
I used a Superlative Arms .750 clamp-on adjustable gas block for a 6.5 Grendel 11" barrel. I had to slightly bend the gas tube to make sure that it cleared the Atlas-S; no problem to clear an Atlas-R. Next time around I'll try a straight gas tube.
Compared to a similar ALG Defense rail, the Atlas-S is smaller in diameter and makes for a noticeably better c-clamp grip. A QD slot is on each side of the handguard near the barrel nut.
This is an excellent rail and relatively easy to install.
Atlas S-one M-Lok 9"

This narrower handguard really feels good in my hand and looks great. Good snug fit onto my upper receiver. Perfect length for my 10.5" 300blk barrel. Only drawback is the tight clearance between the handguard and barrel for you M-Lok screws and QD attachment posts.
Just go for it!

This is a really nice handguard, very light, strong, esthetically pleasing, easy to install. Especially, for the price.
AERO ATLAS S-ONE

Order came in very quickly and had no damage or anything wrong with hand guard. Only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because I haven’t shot it yet.
S One 9"

Installed easily, very nice handguard. IT DOES FIT the Superlative Arms Bleed Off block, at least the .750 clamp on version.
High quality, light

I used this for an ultralight, 5 pound rifle build. Barrel nut is pretty straight forward...after tightening three times to set the barrel, I tightened to Aero's spec range (just under max) to align the nut for hardware installation. The wedge nuts are a bit tricky to get to tighten evenly, but not a big deal, and they definitely secure the rail to the gun.
Finish is excellent. I weighed all the parts and came up with 5.47 ounces for the rail and 1.9 ounces for the hardware.
Solid product

Love the product, install is very simple even with no instructions I barely had 25 minutes into it.
Wish the front rail was a little longer for my back up sight hangs off of it but no complaints. Once installed it is extremely solid on the rifle.
