Good luck finding handguard
by Steve -
never had a chance to use it as I could not find a handguard that would work. High profile DPMS handguards are not as common as others, and I needed a 10" FDE. They do not exist. Talked to Aero, they just said "sorry we don't have one". If you want a 12-17" they are somewhat available, but limited selection, Aero only makes a 12 and 15. THAT IS IT!
Aero questionable manufacturing

First off the people at Primary Arms are super! I am retired aerospace
R&D machinist. I have had to return 3 of these receivers! With the same
problem on all 3! The bore for the barrel is oversized. All of them measure
1.1890 when they are supposed to be 1.1835 for the bore that the barrel
goes into. (per aero precision). I have tried calling, writing emails, and
aero's chat thing on THEIR website. NO RESPONSE! Primary Arms has been
outstanding on helping with this. Aero not so much. I've used a lot of
aero's parts over the years, never had a issue before. How are these
incorrect parts getting shipped out and why are they incorrect? Having
worked in the industry it comes down to QC. Aero has lost this customer
forever. If I could give zero stars I would.
