The Aker Leather Tourniquet Pouch can fit one CAT6 or CAT7 tourniquet. It employs black leather made from 100% US-made premium cowhide and is held in place with a brass snap closure, keeping your tourniquet safe and secure.

This product is compatible with belt sizes up to 2 ¼” and is available with two leather finishes (plain or basketweave) and four options for the metal snaps (chrome, brass, black, or hidden for added concealment).
