Details

The American Defense Recon one-piece scope mount is an excellent option for adding high-power glass to your AR-pattern rifle. The cantilever design allows the shooter to obtain the perfect eye relief, while providing clearance for optics with up to 56mm objectives. Like all American Defense mounts it is precision machined from durable 6061-T6 aluminum with a hardcoat anodized finish for long service life.

This mount will place optics to a central height of 1.38" making it ideal for AR-pattern rifles. A 20 MOA cant has been added to extend the elevation adjustments of your optic for improved target engagement at extreme range.

Featuring ADM's QD Auto Lock Lever system, the AD-RECON can be fully adjusted without tools to accommodate most Picatinny rail systems. This glove friendly locking system ensures the mount will not move until you need to remove it, and provides exceptional return to zero with mounted optics. It is also fully covered by American Defense's lifetime warranty.

Excellent mount

AD IMO has the best QD system in the market. I have purchased 2 of these from PA, one for a Nikon P22 scope on my M&P 15-22 and another for a Nikon M223 4-16 scope for my BCM AR-15. These are rugged, easy to install mounts that hold their zero even if removed and reinstalled. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Anniversary present success!!!

I wanted to trick out my husband's AR for our anniversary after weeks of searching I had the scope he wanted but couldn't find "the" mount. Thankfully I foun this company and this mount! It was perfect. This mount Along with the magazines, flip up rear sight and ammo I was able to get made the perfect anniversary present. Y'all really saved the day! This mount is so cool because you an quickly switch between scope and open sights without having to re-sight in your gun!
