The American Defense Recon one-piece scope mount is an excellent option for adding high-power glass to your AR-pattern rifle. The cantilever design allows the shooter to obtain the perfect eye relief, while providing clearance for optics with up to 56mm objectives. Like all American Defense mounts it is precision machined from durable 6061-T6 aluminum with a hardcoat anodized finish for long service life.

This mount will place optics to a central height of 1.47" making it ideal for AR-pattern rifles. A 20 MOA cant has been added to extend the elevation adjustments of your optic for improved target engagement at extreme range.

Featuring ADM's QD Auto Lock Lever system, the AD-RECON can be fully adjusted without tools to accommodate most Picatinny rail systems. This glove friendly locking system ensures the mount will not move until you need to remove it, and provides exceptional return to zero with mounted optics. It is also fully covered by American Defense's lifetime warranty.

Quality mount

This mount is great for adding minutes for subsonic shooting. I really like the adjustable quick disconnect levers.

American Defense Mount AD-RECON-30MM-20 MOA

American Defense Mount AD-RECON-30MM-20 MOA . Five star product, matched by Primary Arm's five star customer service.

scope mount

American made part very nice holds zero when removed. I have one on all my rifles.

Best 30mm 20 MOA value in Scope Mts.

As a past LaRue fanboy I have slowly transitioned to more and more ADM mounts. The ADM is of equal high quality... at a more cost effective price. In addition...the cam clamps used by ADM are superior to those from LaRue as they have a larger contact surface area, better mechanical advantage and provide mar free attachment to the rail. This 20 MOA model is superior to the zero MOA model as it potentially extends the long range at which your scope can adjust...with no downside for close range. This has become my go to mount for any Picatinny railed rifle. The design is top notch and the mount is VERY rigid.Primary arms typically has the best price with real time inventory and super fast shipping. You can't go wrong with this mount on an AR or any rifle equipped with a one piece Picatinny rail.

Exactly what I wanted

by

Few options to get the 20moa tilt with the cantilever. The AD Mount fit the bill, strong, easy to setup and return to 0 is great. Allowed me to get my 20" .223 with 77grn out to 1075 yards. Using Viper Vortex PST 4-16.

ADM Recon 20MOA

by

First impression:packaging good, light oil on product (as expected), minimal but sufficient documentation. Product felt solid and all parts were present as per packaging list. Inclusion of two tubes of thread locker was a definite plus as fitting and testing resulted in my repeated mounting and tear down to remount in order to find the perfect spot.Initial operation- Word to the wise... there are two tubes of thread locker... one is enough to mount it twice so even if you are going to shoot real quick to "test" the setup for comfort, USE THE THREAD LOCKER. Instructions for mounting were clear and the process was simple enough. I should have bought the ADM Recon up front instead of rings that is replaced, if only for mounting and ease alone.Mount is SOLID once affixed properly. Mount does NOT need the levers to be real tight to lock to the rail sufficiently.I will readily acquire another AD mount in the future at the moment a new need arises.

American Defense Mount AD-RECON-30MM-20 MOA

by

I used this to mount my Primary Arms 4-14 FFP scope to my LR308 AP4. I usually use LaRue mounts, but in this instance, they didn't have their SPR-E mount in 20MOA. This American Defense mount compliments an outstanding scope & both are perfect for my rifle. I always go to Primary Arms first as their prices are usually lower & their service is excellent. Buy with confidence.

ADM 20MOA QD Mount

by

I was looking for a 20moa QD mount. PrimaryArms was the place to go. The ADM has exceeded my expectations. Noted that I haven't yet mounted a scope on it- it's in the mail. Upon opening the ADM box, you will find the mount coated with a nice thin layer of oil, sealed in a plastic bag. There is also the wrench needed for the bolts and 2 vials of thread locker. The construction seems solid, even in the QD locks. The tension on the locks is easily adjusted without tools. So far so good. I'm glad I made this purchase, and especially from this dealer. They have been speedy and up to date with shipping information. I will not hesitate to do business in the future.

Great mount

by

Looks great and works perfect. I usually only run one certain mount but this one was recommended and was a bit less expensive. I had my doubts, but I have been 100% happy with the mount.

AD-RECON

by

Marshal and crew did a great job sending my ADM mount quickly. The mount is a beautiful piece and was matted on my LR308 with SWFA SS 16x42. I haven't taken it to the range yet, but it's a SOLID setup. It should not be a problem with the .308 recoil.
