Its a lower. Seen one seen them all. They looked great. Installed LPK. Everything fit perfectly. Very happy. Why spend more? Save the money for your BCG or upper where it counts.

its just what I ordered , just took too long to get it from jerrys pawn in ocala , they never told me it was in , and then gave me a hard time about my drivers lic, the old guy couldnt see the date , I told him I do have a concealed permit , so he felt alittle better , poor old guy .
