The Anderson Manufacturing AR-15 Stripped Upper Receiver is built to MIL-SPEC. Crafted from a 7075-T6 aluminum forging and machined with M4 feed ramps. This stripped model does not include a forward assist or ejection port cover.

NOTE: Forward assist and ejection port cover sold separately.

fit tight to the receiver..

Bought this f8r a 6.5 grendel build, mated with a anderson lower, lapped the upper reciever torqued the barrel nut to 40 ft lbs, and no issues. Fit with the lower was tight, m4 feed ramps, and cerro forge markings. Price was so great I ordered a second for a friends build, can't go wrong with this one. I have used uppers for rock river, delton, bushmaster, colt, spikes, and these are equal.

But the color of black as not the same as Spikes Lower. Lighter and noticeable. If you don't mind or if you plan to change color then buy two..
