The Melonite barrel finish protects from corrosion and provides an exceptionally hard surface for an increased barrel life. It features a Mil-Spec barrel extension with 9mm feed ramps and is compatible with standard AR-15 receivers, so you can build a blowback 9mm AR-15 carbine.
