Armor Express Lighthawk M1 - Level IIIA - 18x30 - Curved - Viewport

The Armor Express Lighthawk M1 is an NIJ Level IIIA ballistic shield. A highly versatile system, the Lighthawk M1 allows you to use a variety of weapon types, such as handguns, rifles, and shotguns. The hybrid ballistic technology and new shape provide increased protection, while the lightweight construction reduces user fatigue when engaging threats and navigating hostile environments and uneven terrain.

The 18×30” variant with the viewport weighs 12.5 lb. The viewport is a bullet-resistant window measuring 5×11”, which allows you to maintain a visual on the threat without compromising your protection. The ambidextrous straight bar handle, high-strength forearm strap, and closed-cell foam forearm pad increase your control and comfort. 

As part of the NIJ Level IIIA rating, the Lighthawk M1 is capable of stopping high-velocity 9mm (124-grain bullets at 1,400 ft/s ± 50 ft/s) and .44 Magnum (240-grain semi-wadcutter gas-check bullets at 1,400 ft/s ± 50 ft/s). In addition, the M1 can also protect against other handgun and shotgun threats. 

The M1 provides a loop, which allows you to place accessories in an accessible position while remaining behind the shield.
