The Armor Express SAU (Special Assignment Unit) Plate Carrier is an overt carrier designed to provide law-enforcement officers, military personnel, and private citizens with a lightweight, durable armor system. Body armor can be uncomfortable to wear in hot, humid environments. Armor Express SAU carrier uses the Quad Ventilation Liner (QVL) system, which provides superior airflow, heat regulation, and cooling for improved comfort. SAU plate carrier offers the option to remove or add accessories based on need, including shoulder pads. For emergencies, this plate carrier also features a reinforced drag strap. The SAU has attachment points for identification purposes. These attachment points are meant for ID placards and eyelet badges, providing quick identification.
