A Tactical Operations Response Carrier (TORC) from Armor Express is a versatile plate carrier for officers carrying out high risk law enforcement activities in tactical situations. The TORC plate carrier provides a robust amount of coverage to the wearer and has plenty of storage/mounting options for mission gear. Tactical Operations Response Carrier offers optional additional ballistic protection coverage for the entire torso including the shoulders, neck, abdomen, back and groin area, with the option to remove or add accessories based on need.
