Ballistic Advantage Performance Series 5.56 Hanson Carbine AR-15 Barrel with Pinned Gas Block - 11.3"

I only have 110 rounds through this barrel as of now. Zero malfunctions of any type so far. It has a fairly snug fit in my Aero slick upper receiver. It is very well gassed, ejecting at 3-3:30 with a standard weight buffer. I got a 0.4" center-to-center group at 50 yards with PMC 62gr green tip, mil-spec trigger, 1-6 LPVO and a flash hider. Wow! There is more testing to be done, but this barrel honestly impressed me so far. The muzzle device is almost flush against my Midwest Industries 10.5" Night Fighter Rail.

Seems slightly over gassed but has functioned flawlessly. Might get a brt gas tube for it.

I bought one of these barrels in 2018 when it was on sale and I’m at 15,000ish rounds. Still groups accurately and had zero issues. For a budget built I would/will 100% buy another one.

No cut corners from this company. Top notch quality and workmanship.

Never any issues when it comes to BA, great barrel for the money. It is a stainless barrel so after the break-in i was getting 1" groups at 100. Also notices this was very well gassed and not over-gassed like most barrels in this price range.

Mated this barrel with an Aero Upper, and a Midwest 10.5 combat rail. I used a heavy Sprinco Blue spring, and an Expo H3 buffer. I shot about 200 rounds the first time out. Shot very tight groups, and every round chamber/ejected without any issues. The gas block was easy to install; I went ahead and dimpled the barrel, in addition to the pin, just for good measure. For the cost it’s hard to beat this barrel!

Tried the 11.5 Hanson barrel from BA this time around. Easy to install and runs great in my Aero pistol. As always, very satisfied with their products.

Don’t know where to start !!!! Lol all jokes aside this is absolutely amazing ( stupid accurate ) you could easily shoot this and are out of targets with Hornady Frontier M193 55grain BUT it gets BETTER !!!!!! 1/2 or less with 62grain/75grain Hornady Frontier ...... shot more than one 1/4 5 shot group with the 75 grain...this barrel really likes the 75grain. All done with an Aimpoint pro Ectoch Magnifier Larue tactical 2 stage trigger ( BEST TRIGGER MADE ) cannot say enough about that trigger....Outperforms my “G” band triggers lol seriously all jokes aside you will be hard-pressed to find a better barrel, They also make this barrel in stainless steel

Awesome barrel. The quality from ba is next level. It is perfectly gassed and is 10000% better shooting than a 10.5 thanks to the smaller gas port and close to 40% more dwell time.
