Ballistic Advantage Premium Black Series .223 Wylde Rifle Length Barrel is a high-quality barrel that's great for maintaining or upgrading your AR-15. The product is 18 inches in length and comes chambered in .223 Wylde which allows shooting both 5.56 & .223 without worries of overpressure. Manufactured from 416 high carbon stainless steel alloy, this barrel is finished with the QPQ nitride coating that gives impressive corrosion resistance, extends longevity, and gives the barrel a sleek black finish. The SPR profile is heavy for increased heat management, tolerance, and flexion control. By using a longer .750" profile dimension for the gas block, it's capable of accepting an OPS12 suppressor and collar. The rifle-length gas system can give the user a softer recoil that is often sought by match or competition shooters because it provides the gas delivery to the breech area in a controlled manner. The Nickel Boron coated M4 feed ramp extension has been given that extra length in order to help prevent malfunctions during usage.
