GTG

This ambi safety selector is GTG. Aside from the BCM star logo, it's indistinguishable from the SOLGW ambi safety selector. It fits nicely, works perfectly, and has that great OG mil-spec look.
Expected more from BCM. Fit is disappointing.

I firmly believe you AR shouldn't look like an import tuner car. I usually get the old-school style upgrades. But I expected more from BCM. Although this is a no-frills style ambi selector, fit and finish was below my expectations.
Selector functions fine, but there is a noticeable gap between the round flanges (with the indicators that point to "safe" and "fire" positions) and the outer sides of my lower. On one side it's maybe .010” and the other side as much as .020” gap. My original selector lever was very flush with the left face of my mil-spec lower.
Also, now I know why some ambi- selectors have a short lever on one side or the other. As a right-handed shooter, I find having the same length lever on both sides interferes with my trigger finger ever so slightly when i'm off the trigger and have my index finger laying alongside the reciever.
Oh yeah, almost forgot...is this the only company that doesn't include a little allen key with the part? You'll need a 7/64.
