The Bravo Company Manufacturing PNT Trigger Assembly is precision machined from MIL-SPEC AISI8620 investment castings. The PNT then undergoes a 3-step heat treat and case hardening process for optimal grain structure alignment, yielding a stronger and more wear resistance product.

In another 3-step process, the hammer and trigger are finished. In the first step, polishing, the sear engagement surfaces are ground, then hand polished for increased smoothness and reduction in friction up to 300% beyond MIL-SPEC.

Next, an electroless nickel finish is applied for a smoother trigger pull with a crisp break. Nickel also provides a long-lasting finish that will not corrode, rust, or discolor due to oxidation.

Finally, Teflon particles are embedded in the nickel, further reducing the friction of the interface and ensuring a long-life for the coating.

This assembly includes BCM’s impact resistant trigger and hammer pins. They are centerless ground to a fine finish and superior tolerances to ensure compatibility with all MIL SPEC lower receivers.
The disconnector is stamped from 1070 steel, fine blanked for cleaner edges, and double disc ground to precise size. All hammer engagement surfaces are also ground for a super clean reset.

Have installed 2 of these.Nice step up from generic mil spec, without taking the pricey plunge Add a set of JP springs, for reduced pull.

Great trigger

by

Very crisp. No creep . 10 times better than crappy dpms

Bcm trigger

by

Very crisp and clean no grit no creap. Just feels very good could lose about a pound of pull other than that great product

Great upgrade on the cheap!

This trigger group is a great value and catching it on sale made it an even greater value. Paired with the JP Enterprise spring set gave a big improvement to the DPMS Oracle trigger. Very smooth, no creep.

Money well spent!

Very impressed with the improvement over my stock Mil-Spec trigger assembly. The pull is still heavy with stock springs but it is MUCH smoother and shorter! No creep and a smooth release.

Great Trigger!!!

I have 2 of these using JP Springs and my trigger pulls is right at 3lbs. No creep and nice break...crisp reset. Couldn't be better...ohhh yea it is! The price is cheap and the springs and only $12 more.

Break it in and then judge it!

Initial dry firing was good. There was a tiny amount of creep where I could feel a couple tiny humps. But I was disappointed at the pull weight. I don't have a scale, but it was easily more than any other stock trigger I have. Felt like 7-8 pounds!

BUT

I know that my most used milspec triggers are usually the smoothest because they are broken in.

So I oiled the surfaces and sat down on the couch with the lower while watching TV. For about a half hour I rapidly dry fired it, just pushing the hammer back with my thumb and pulling the trigger as fast as I could. Probably 200-300 times. (obviously I didn't let the hammer fall on the bolt catch) Basically I simulated shooting it a few hundred times.

NOW the trigger is smoothed out and amazing for a milspec trigger. The pull weight is significantly lightened, the creep is still very little, and the smoothness is much better. I can only assume it will get better as I shoot it.

A lot smoother, a little heavy, not much money

Solid mil-spec trigger with a better than mil-spec finish. Very smooth and very crisp. Heavier than I'd like but you know it's gonna work every time. Very tactile reset. Worked fine in my Foxtrot Mike 9mm AR.

BUY IT! YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!

Install this trigger with a JP Enterprises Red Spring Kit and you will not be disappointed. I bought a Timney for my Creedmore build and it works very good, but the BCM trigger works as well for a lot less money. I am in the process of changing all my AR builds to this trigger assembly. These have very little creep and a clean, crisp break.....
