The Bravo Company Manufacturing PNT Trigger Assembly is precision machined from MIL-SPEC AISI8620 investment castings. The PNT then undergoes a 3-step heat treat and case hardening process for optimal grain structure alignment, yielding a stronger and more wear resistance product.

In another 3-step process, the hammer and trigger are finished. In the first step, polishing, the sear engagement surfaces are ground, then hand polished for increased smoothness and reduction in friction up to 300% beyond MIL-SPEC.

Next, an electroless nickel finish is applied for a smoother trigger pull with a crisp break. Nickel also provides a long-lasting finish that will not corrode, rust, or discolor due to oxidation.

Finally, Teflon particles are embedded in the nickel, further reducing the friction of the interface and ensuring a long-life for the coating.

This assembly includes BCM’s impact resistant trigger and hammer pins. They are centerless ground to a fine finish and superior tolerances to ensure compatibility with all MIL SPEC lower receivers.
The disconnector is stamped from 1070 steel, fine blanked for cleaner edges, and double disc ground to precise size. All hammer engagement surfaces are also ground for a super clean reset.

Great replacement/upgrade.

I read some of the other reviews and read that others were using the JP red spring kit. Hey, for the price, I gave it a try. Very happy with that combination. This combo replaced a really gritty and heavy pull MILSpec trigger that came on my 20yr old Bushmaster lower. It is like night and day. I was looking for a cheaper option than another CMC drop in and this trigger feels really good. It has a slight pull before the hammer drops, but it is so minimal it is almost non existent. When I added a little grease on the break, that made all the difference in the world.

This is my new trigger upgrade for all my old AR triggers

BCM does not disappoint.

I can only compare this to the PSA EPT and a S&W standard factory trigger, however this one is already my favorite. It feels lighter than both and is very smooth. It has no discernable grittiness or unnecessary catch points when pulling, which is something the PSA falls short on. Even just dry firing, this one is noticeably better than the other two triggers I have. I will likely upgrade all my ARs with this as it comes back in stock. You cannot beat this trigger group for the price in terms of quality and reliability vs cost. Excellent trigger group.

Super high value trigger!

I own or have owned quite a few triggers: Geiselle, ELF, Larue, Timney, Triggertech, and plain jane mil-spec triggers and I was pleasantly surprised with the BCM PNT trigger. Personally I prefer 2-stage match grade triggers as I typically do precision style rifle shooting, however this trigger went in a 12-inch pistol build so a duty grade single stage is a good fit. My trigger pulls right at 6 lbs consistently and the break is crisp. I haven't put enough rounds on this trigger to give it a 5-star review but as of now it's exactly what I was looking for and I'm interested to see how it lasts long term after a few thousand rounds.

Trusted and excellent.

The first one of these I had was installed in a BCM rifle and it stands out to such a degree among other military triggers, including several popular slightly cheaper brands that I keep coming back to it, recently in an older Bushmaster and a DDM4V7 with a gritty factory trigger. I break it in by dry firing a couple hundred or more times, then lubricate, after which it breaks at a clean, consistent 6.5 Lbs. No grit, just butter smoothness and a very reasonable pull for a Mil Trigger, so predictable it's an improvement over any stock MFGR trigger I've owned by a long shot.

The BEST Mil-Spec trigger on the market.

I've had this trigger in one of my lowers for over 2 years now. BCM has always brought overwhelming quality to all of their rifles, parts, and components and this trigger is no acception. I have never had a single issue with it. The reset is crisp and it almost pushes your finger forward for you. There is no slop or spongeness. it's a fantastic single stage trigger and I am kicking myself for not buying more earlier. Since the pandemic hit, finding this trigger is like looking for a needle in a haystack. I wish I could have put it in a few more builds.

Crisp Mil-Spec

Well made mil-spec trigger group. Crisp trigger pull of 8 lbs. Nicely finished. Suitable for hard service, much better than what you would find in a lower parts kit.

BCM's Super Smooth Single Stage Trigger

by -

This may be the best single stage milspec trigger on the market. Easy to install and very smooth 5.5 pound pull. Breaks clean and very positive reset.
