The Breek Arms Plan B Sentinel Caged Flash Hider is a closed-tine, fully shrouded muzzle device machined from 4140 hardened steel with a nitride finish, designed for 1/2x28-threaded .223/5.56 barrels with Plan B/Atlas suppressor mount compatibility and pin-and-weld capability for 14.5-inch builds.

Four features define the Sentinel's advantage over open-tine flash hiders. The closed-tine, fully shrouded cage design eliminates the snagging hazard that open prong designs present when the shooter moves through gear, brush, or vehicle entry points — a meaningful operational advantage for duty and patrol use.
