The Breek Arms Sledgehammer Omni-Buster LE Latch AR-10 is a compact ambidextrous gas-mitigating charging handle designed for DPMS-style AR-10 and LR-308 platforms, featuring a small 2.07-inch latch profile and three integrated internal gas-reducing features for suppressed and unsuppressed use in low-profile duty configurations.

Four features define the LE Latch's role in a duty AR-10 setup. The compact 2.07-inch latch profile — versus 2.59 inches on the standard Omni-Buster — reduces the charging handle's exterior projection, minimizing snag points on gear, barriers, and vehicle entry points that full-size latches can catch on during real-world movement. The three-stage gas mitigation system remains fully intact: raised rear shelf, internal stem baffling, and optimized stem geometry redirect gas away from the shooter regardless of latch size. The ambidextrous serrated latch design provides secure, confident manipulation for both right-handed operators and left-handed shooters without favoring either side. Broad DPMS Gen1 platform compatibility includes Aero M5, Knights SR25, STAG-10, Armalite AR10, and Daniel Defense DD5 variants — with clear incompatibility guidance for DPMS Gen2 platforms.
