The FastFire 3 incorporates advanced features like automatic dimming, which adjusts the brightness of the reticle to the environment and an auto-off function which puts the optic in sleep mode using the included hood cover. Pull the hood off to reactivate the sight without pushing the power button. Three manual push button activated brightness settings are also available. High-grade optical glass with index-matched, Hi-Lume multi-coating provides excellent brightness, clarity, low-light performance, and glare elimination with lasting durability.

great value, solid little red dot. we will see how it holds up but i'm not really worried about it. i would say your not going to do any better for the price.(although i haven't tried the primary arms red dot,its on my list)

Mounted this on a Benelli M1 on a speedbead mount. Nice brightest settings suitable for all light settings. Nice compact and solid build feel to it. Haven't had a chance to test fire yet, but can't wait to shoot some slugs out of it.

Top-quality sight from a top-quality vendor

While not shown, this sight does come with a basic mount for a picatinny or Weaver rail. Lifetime warranty inspires confidence in the product. If pressed for a negative, my only complaint is that powering off the sight seems to require cycling through remaining settings (there are four).
I had some issues with the website during the purchase, but PA staff went out of their way to assist me. PA offers multiple shipping options - so you can select less costly shipping than most vendors offer. I simply can't say enough good things about the folks at primary Arms.
Outstanding Optic

I bought my first FF3 several years ago for use on my 3" 12 ga. O/U turkey shotgun. It has performed perfectly and I bought another for use on an 870 SuperMag. This optic weighs next to nothing and performs way out of its weight class. It handles the recoil with impunity battery life is outstanding (still using the original battery after several years use) and the zero has remained rock solid. Its adjustments are precise FOV is unlimited since you can shoot with both eyes open it is quick on target and the 2 MOA dot allows for precise shooting and it is parallax free. The dot is clear and sharp as well as being easily viewable even on the brightest day. My only criticism is the Mickey mouse cover. One fits tightly but the other one will fall off if brushed up against anything and goes flying if left on while taking a shot. Even though the one fits more tightly I don't have any faith that it would stay put while shooting a 3.5 inch turkey load or if walking through heavy brush.
Great handgun sight

I got this sight for my handgun, mounted on H&K Vp9 tactical its works amazingly well the 3moa dot is a nice size/brightness. I use the gun for competition an I couldnt be happier.

Bolted this thing right onto plate #1 of my Canik TP9SFX and did not even need to adjust the sights. No complaints.
