The Modular Optic System, or MOS, allows you to attach MRD (miniature red-dot) sighting systems to compatible Glock handguns. Using a series of adapter plates, MOS Glock pistols have a cut in the slide designed to accommodate optics. However, OEM mounting plates are not always satisfactory.
To meet the demand for superior adapter plates, C&H Precision introduced the V4 Series, featuring C&H’s patent-pending replaceable stainless-steel T-Nuts and Torx-head screws. These screws allow you to mount the RDS (red-dot system) to the V4 plate, changing the mounting hardware without replacing the adapter plate.
Features:
C&H Precision emphasizes that the adapter’s plate material isn’t the key to effective MRD retention — it’s the threading. The company’s industry-leading thread engagement — six to seven full revolutions — ensures that the MRD will remain securely fastened to the adapter plate, and the gun, during recoil.
The adapter plate hardware is made from stainless steel to increase corrosion resistance. This variant of the V4 Series is designed for the Trijicon RMRcc. The RMR, or Ruggedized Miniature Reflex, is a popular red-dot sight for combat and competition handguns. The RMRcc, however, is even smaller for use with compact and subcompact concealed-carry firearms, such as the Glock 43.

Best Optic Plate
by PatrickLL -
This is the best optic plate on the market. Optic sits in it perfect and mounts perfectly to you slide. Easy to install, it’s light and looks great too.
