The C&H Precision Steel Optics Adapter Plate is a high-quality aftermarket solution for mounting a Holosun 509T red dot sight to an FN 509, FN 510, or FN 545 V4 MIL/LEO handgun. This precision-machined plate is made from durable steel with stainless steel mounting hardware and has a black electro deposition finish.

Note: This plate will not work with the Holosun HE509-RD ACSS Vulcan.
