Having the RDS Back-Up Sights on your red dot equipped handgun provides several advantages over just one or the other. The first advantage is acquisition speed. By bringing your iron sights into line, you will naturally bring the red dot into line as well, making sight acquisition faster and more intuitive than the red dot alone. Should the red dot break or battery fail, having back up sights ready to go means you're never without a functioning sight system. Add in the simple black-on-black design of the RDS Back-Up sights provides a clean and easy sight picture that lets you focus on getting the hits you need.
The RDS Back-Up Sights are precision machined from high-strength 4140 chrome moly steel to provide a life time of hard use service. To prevent glare, the back face of the sights is serrated and the whole set is finished with a matte black oxide that also provides excellent corrosion resistance. Edges have also been beveled and smoothed to reduce the risk of snags when drawing or holstering your sidearm.
Continuous Precision takes great pride in their products, designing them from the ground up with precise attention to detail. Add in years of machining and manufacturing experience and high quality materials and it's easy to see why their components are such fantastic upgrades for your firearms. Get the most out of your favorite handguns with Continuous Precision.

Installed these on my Zev G34 Gen 3 slide and they went on as expected and they look great. Snug enough fit on the rear dove tail and perfect fit on the front. Haven't mounted my RMR to see co-witness, but it looks like they'll be lower 1/3 as stated as they aren't the "tallest" suppressor height sights I have seen. Have not shot them yet to see how POI is affected, but so far i'm impressed with the quality and i'm sure it will be fine. I like that the front sight blade is wider at the bottom and the blade has a great width for the rear sight cut out. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again or recommend to a friend. Quality stuff!
