We would like to thank all our Houston locals for their continued support. As you know, the Governor of Texas declared businesses should be 100% open, and we’re happy to comply. Our storefront will be open for in-store pickups and FFL transfers, but we’d like to highlight some important considerations that will impact local orders.

Right now, the demand for firearms is at an all-time high, and we expect our storefront to be very busy for the coming months. To help mitigate wait times, we’ve instituted a few policies that should alleviate delays:

  • For FFL Services: We are still using an appointment only system to reduce wait times. 

  • For NON-FFL Order Pickups: We still encourage everyone to take advantage of our local customer Free Shipping Offer, as we expect long lines and wait times in store.

If you live nearby and want to take advantage of free shipping, just select the 'free shipping' option in the check-out menu. If you are local and do not see this option, send us an email at, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Please see the following additional guidelines, as these services are currently affected:

1) Email Responses – Our team is working around the clock to answer email inquiries. Currently, most emails receive a response within 4 business days. This is the BEST way to reach us right now.

NOTICE: Emails receive responses in order of date sent. Please wait at least 5 days before following-up on a request. This guarantees that you’ll receive the fastest possible service by eliminating duplicate requests, which lead to slower overall processing.

2) Shipping Estimates – Due to a recent surge in demand for firearms, shipping times for both FFL and Non-FFL orders are affected. Non-FFL orders may take up to 1 business days or less to ship, while FFL orders may take up to 10 business days or less, due to greater processing demands. Due to high demand, there is a limit of 5 FFL items in a 30 day period.

3) RMA Requests – Given the above services, our Return Policy process may take up to 4 business days.
