The Polymer Diamond Integrated Sighting System is an ultra-lightweight alternative to the Diamond Combat Sights. Reliable, durable, and accurate, diamond-shaped apertures and upper housing allow the eye to rapidly place the front sight post in the exact center of the rear aperture.

Featuring NiteBrite photoluminescent inserts, this low-cost alternative to tritium sights help in low-light conditions and can be charged by natural light or with a flashlight.

Note: Due to heat issues, the front sight is not suitable for railed gas block installation.

If money is no object, get the steel ones. They are great. These are good too BUT they have a couple down sides which may or may not mean anything to you. The big one for me is the front sight is its depth. Even folded this thing sticks way the heck far off the rail. Using with a red dot, low power prism, AND 1000 percent with my TA-45 1.5x Acog it just obscures to much of the lower sight picture for my tastes. This when its lowered! I love the sight picture when raised and in use but OMG, big foot print when lowered. Now I don't think this would be any issue with a 3x or higher optic. The steel version of these clears, just barley getting into the view with my TA-45. Which is the deal braker for me and how I intended to use these sights. Also, unlike the steel version you can not swap front posts as these are not standard. This may or may not be an issue. The steel versions do allow this. On the other hand, I think the included post is perfectly fine as back up sight.

Not bad , Does the job

when pushing the button it feels a little sticky before it pops up.

Good B.U.I.S.

Got these on sale. Bought 2 sets, for a pair of stag arms ar-15s I bought my son's for Christmas. Sighted them in at 50 yards before mounting a scope on one rifle and a red dot on the other. The diamond sight picture is very intuitive and gets you on target very quickly. The nite Brite is a cool feature. They sit folded under my older son's Primary arms 1-4 scope, but exact co-witness with the red dot on my youngest son's red dot when he flips them up.

Great Gift for some one who needs back up sights

by -

Bought these for my Uncles AR and he loves them. I am not a big fan of polymer sights but he thinks they are great. Shoots well with them out to 200 yards he doesn't shoot much further then that.

Does not fit rails for AR15

by

Bought these to put on my AR15 and it does not fit on the rails and theres no way to adjust it to fit

Good

by -

Good sights when their on sale. Wouldnt pay msrp for them thought. The diamond sight picture is very nice, its my favorite sight picture ive used. Polymer is well made. Knocked one star off because the elevation adjustment is a joke. It does not lock into place and just spins freely. I dont see it holding zero when using the elevation adjustment. Other than that when on sale its a better option than the magpul sights.

There Are Better Choices

by -

These are backup sights. I will give them that. I got them on sale but would not pay MSRP for these. These one-piece sights don't have a floating "shoe" to clamp them to the rail but depend upon sheer pressure to distort the mount to clamp to the rail. If your rail is out of spec.......? As these have no ability to "open up" to fit over the rail, they must be slid on from the front and rear. Pull back the charging handle to install the rear. The springs on the "pop up" buttons are far too heavy. The "tool-less" adjustment on my front sight won't adjust without a screwdriver to push it. The NiteBrite feature only works if the sights have been raised and exposed to bright light and doesn't last long. On the brighter side, the sight picture is good.

Great when you can catch them on sale!

Purchase two sets and for the price they work great. You do get a clear picture with them and I think that they aid in acquiring your target with the diamond shape. May be a gimmick but I am buying into it!

Even On Sale A Waste Of Money

by -

I'm glad I didn't pay full price for these. I got them on sale for a future build so I didn't look at them closely when they came, or I would have returned them. First off, the front sight mounting screw and nut were missing. I got a 10x32 screw and nut from a hardware store and fixed it. Second, once installed, the front sight doesn't lock down against the rail when folded flat, and eventually pops up after a few minutes. I noticed this was a problem in some of the other reviews. I may send them back to Diamondhead and see if they'll send me a good set of fix these.

The button sucks

Rear sight doesn’t want to flip very well

Awesome Sights.

Saw these for a great price on Christmas Eve and bought them. I received them on 28 December, very fast shipping. I have not taken them out of the packaging yet because I bought the metal style sights at an unbelievable low price!!!! Thanks very much Primary Arms!!! Now I will have to buy a rifle from you for these sights!!!!!!!

They'll work...

by -

Glad I got these on sale, they're just OK. If i wanted a "precision" piece, i probably should have sprung for the aluminum version. First, the front sight diamond shape is not exactly symmetrical, has like a .02" skew. second the post has some backlash up and down, and third the elevation adjustment is kinda jankey. The rear sight has a a tight spot in its opening action, and does not lay quite even down the center line.

Get the set without the glowing insert

by -

I love Diamondhead sites. However, the version where the front post doesn't have a night insert is narrower (making it easier to hit at distance). Further, these are NOT tritium, and do not glow unless you first expose them to light, thereby blowing up your night vision.

Can't complain for the price I paid

by -

How many stars these get depend on the price you pay. First off they are not of the same quality as the Magpul sights and are somewhat bulkier. They are sturdily built, however the spring folding system doesn't seem as fine tuned. My front sight is kind of finicky locking down into the closed position. The NiteBrite photoluminescent insert is also rather disappointing, it simply doesn't illuminate very well. However I will say that I do prefer the diamond sighting system to the typical Magpul-like sights.

Great Sight, Tight fit

by -

First off shipping was fast, I ordered on Black Friday and received them today. They were packaged great. I installed them on my Radical Firearms 15” keymod upper. They were a very tight fit but got them to go on. Co witness was on point with my Vortex strike fire 2 red dot. I would say these sights are a great buy. The real test is going out to the range and seeing if they hold up.

DIAMOND INTEGRATED SIGHTS

by -

Really nice sights can be seen in the dark after charging! Easy to adjust will last for a long time! Will be ordering more!

Good looking sight picture, fit is inconsistent on my rail.

by -

Nice sight picture, from what appears to be a high quality polymer buis. Rear sight slid on comfortably, with no slop. Snug but manageable. Front sight required a small rubber mallet. Damn it was tight, so tight I was worried it would split the sight body going on. Each time I tried by hand the sight would rub finish off my rail and shave the interior of the polymer. Haven't tested nitebrite performance yet, hope it is good.

good value. Excellent front counter staff.

by

Nice price, got them on sale.

Good Sights

by

Sights hold zero and are sturdy. Much better than Magpul backup sights. Only downside is the NiteBrite system. The glow is nice, but loses charge very quickly.

fast delivery. No issues

by

Order processing and delivery was quick and i had no issues.

Needs stronger spring

by

Great sight just needs a little bit stronger spring.

Good addition to my AR

by

I needed backup sights and found these on sale at Primary Arms. They are easy to install. Both sights are high enough that I can use them through an EOTech 512.

Good equipment.

by

Well assembled product.
