When combined with an AR-15 rifle length recoil spring, this 5.4 ounce buffer offers exceptional reliability. The heavier weight is great for taming recoil on an overgassed rifle or simply using heavier grain ammo. Designed for use with Mil-Spec or commercial A2 rifle buffer tubes.
