Expo Arms Low Profile Gas Block - .750"

I thought I would save a few bucks and get a cheaper gas block for my latest build. Bad idea, I had to drill out the gas tube hole by 100/1000 just to get it to fit the tube. Would not recommend unless you have a drill press a good set of drill bits and some calipers.

Overall, pretty good function and build for the price. Installing was easy and did not encounter any hiccups. Finish and build quality of gas block is good for the price. Took it to the range with 500 rounds and seems to be over gassing sending my shells at the 2-3 o'clock direction. Shooting on a 16 inch midlegnth gas system with a standard 3 oz buffer.

Gas block finish and barrel fit were good. I didn't have the same problems with the gas tube that others seem to have. My problem was with the gas tube roll pin. The hole for the roll pin seems to be a hair too large. Roll pin can be pushed in by hand. I don't trust it enough to use it. I would look at a better gas block unless money is a factor and you're willing to gamble.

Works as described, It's hard to fault it for those reasons.

i bought this for a 16" .308 Ballistic Advantage government premium barrel and it went on with out a hitch. I then switched it to to another build for temporary use and it also went on with no problems. It has a dull finish so don't expect to be shiny. Great product, i plan to buy more!

I've used these gas blocks for all sorts of different builds and have never had an issue. Get them through Primary Arms, and you're guaranteed to be happy.

yTwo of these have been worthless. On one, the gas tube hole would not accept the gas tube without re-drilling. On the second, the roll pin holes were so big the roll pin would fall into one side and out the other. Do not buy this gas block.

Expo is a good name when you need to build cheap and still get quality. Customer service will take care of you too. Had no issues and it looks like any other more expensive block.

It probably works fine, but it has a rough finish and I had to clear the roll pin hole before one would go in, and I had to supply them myself since no roll pins came with the gas blocks?? Ummm other items of the same price come with everything and assemble without manipulation requirements so… yeah, just go somewhere else.
