11.5 upper

This was a great purchase. Put it on a pistol lower to use in ranch vehicles. The machining was a little rough but after a few rounds it smoothed out just fine. Never failed to feed and accurate enough to pop a coyote at three hundred yds with ease. Great utility gun!

Expo Arms Patrol 11.5 Upper

Very pleased with my new 11.5 upper. Purchased an Expo Arms bolt carrier group as well, installed it on my LMT SBR lower with H3 buffer and it worked perfectly out of the box. Great ejection and function. Groups with 55 FMJ and TAC were outstanding, under an inch at 100 yards with a 1-6x Vortex Razor scope. Could not be happier, super fast delivery!

Good stuff

I bought one of these after hearing that Rosco manufactured the barrels, and CMT makes the handguards (both are top tier). The 0.070 gas port is a nice touch with a suppressor.

At the range, everything performed. Accuracy was about 0.50” @25y with m193 with a 2 MOA red dot. This probably could have been better if I was using a magnified optic that have the red dot bloom associated with astigmatisms. I’m going to retest accuracy again soon.

Shooting suppressed with a little gassy with a Gen1 YHM 223 suppressor, but far from some other overgassed build I’ve seen. Overall, these are top build quality.

Do it all length

Great upper, well built great finish and perfect length for most situations. Great lightweight upper, will be great for hunting. Plenty of mlok slots for lights grips and sights. Anti rotational tabs to assure rail mounts straight and doesn’t angle off. Center locking but also assists with keeping rail straight while helping to keep it on along with the other two screws. Flash hider easy to remove and add your suppressor host of choice if needed.
