The Foxtrot Mike Products FM-9 Complete 9x19mm AR-15 Upper Receiver is built from the ground up to provide outstanding reliability and accuracy with a host of top tier features. The traditional M4 charging handle has been replaced with an ambidextrous, non-reciprocating forward charging handle. The monolithic style has been achieved with a proprietary interlock between the upper and handguard. The slim-line free float handguard is M-LOK compatible for your favorite lights, grips, and tactical accessories. The 7” barrel is made from durable 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel and has an FM Products forward blast diffuser attached. This AR-9 upper receiver group mounts to virtually any Glock compatible 9mm lower receiver including Angstadt Arms, New Frontier Armory, Palmetto State Armory, and Quarter Circle 10, so you can build your dream AR style pistol or carbine.

AR style 9mm carbines are some of the most fun to shoot at the range. Manufacturers Note: FM Products does not support the following items, using these may void the lifetime warranty associated with our uppers;
1) FM Products does not support Aluminum Cased ammo. Blow backs have a much higher pressure spike in the chamber than a handgun. Using Aluminum cased ammo in a blow back PCC is dangerous and will void the lifetime warranty of an FM Products Upper Receiver.
2) FM Products does not support import magazines besides OEM Glock magazines. We recommend Magpul, OEM Glock and ETS magazines only.
3) FM Products does not support Spikes Glock style lower receivers. The LRBHO requires consumers to modify the FM Products upper, to make egress for the Spikes LRBHO. The FM Products upper is cut to the Colt spec, therefore we have no plans to deviate from that. Modifying your FM Products Upper to accommodate a Spikes Tactical Glock style lower will void the lifetime warranty on our PCC Uppers.
4) We only recommend Sylvan magwell adapters, as they require no modifications or adjustments to work properly. FM Products does not support Stern Magwell Adapters as they require regular adjustments to work properly.

Great product, near impossible to get diffuser cap.

I bought this system about a year ago and fell in love. It cycles great, looks cool, and generally meets every need I had for a pcc...my trouble came when trying to get the diffuser cap from FM products. It isn't available anywhere other than contacting the company and mailing a check. So I sent a check through my bank to the address confirmed through the email on their website. I waited patiently for my cap and folding charging handle. They never came so I reached out, we then had a few emails exchanged where I double checked it was the correct address and was told that it was indeed the correct address. I have yet to receive the parts or any correspondence regarding them. I love the platform and wish I could finish it, but I got tired of writing emails.

First of all the workmanship on this is excellent. The hand guard to receiver fit seamlessly. The rifle cycles great and having a side charging handle on a short length pistol setup means I can keep it close and tight to the chest without having the typical charging handle near my face. I was still able to use iron sights at the front with minimal adjustments.
This is well worth every cent and as I shopped around the best on the market.

Purchased this for my first AR-9 build. Upper runs flawless and is supper accurate with a Holosun red dot. Love the forward charging handle.

Also about the previous post about MBUIS. Its not cheap i actually won them in a raffle but Griffin Armament 's BUIS work perfect without modification. The only things i can say bad is its not suppressor friendly which i kinda figured beforehand. But also that the charging handle is plastic is why i gave 4 instead of 5. And this thing eats 115 and 124's like candy.

I have two different FM uppers, both have been completely reliable thanks in large part to their build quality, fit, and finish. I put front sights on both with no issues whatsoever, and I have never once hurt my knuckles when operating the charging handle. What I have done is expend a lot of 9mm rounds, got other people into shooting because of the fun factor of this build, chuckled at the amountof money my buddies spent on the much heavier and chunkier CZ Scorpion, and came back to PA to pick up a 3rd upper for another build.
