The FN America AR-15 Complete Upper is a premium M4 style upper that lives up to the battle tested reputation of FN America. It features a durable and reliable 4150 chrome moly vanadium barrel and a black manganese phosphate finish. This barrel is chambered in 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington with a 1:7 twist rate and 1/2”x28 threaded barrel for optimal performance and functionality. It features M-16 bolt carrier group constructed from pure Carpenter 158 steel making the bolt stronger and more fatigue resistant. It boasts a M4 handguard treated with type III hard coat anodized finish to ensure it can withstand the most severe abuse and provide maximum corrosion resistance. The 5.56 AR-15 upper features a M4 feed ramp to promote consistent and reliable feeding. FN’s are High Pressure Tested (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI) to ensure they are free of micro-stresses, cracks and flaws to ensure the quality and consistency of each barrel.
