And if that’s not enough for you, not only do can these red dot (MRD) optics co-witness with the suppressor-height night sights but the platform of the FN509 is adaptable to future optic releases without requiring a direct milling of the slide. The cap has raised sight wings that protect the iron sight alignment if the pistol is dropped or bumped.
