This company amazed me. Even more their manager did. I ordered a part two day air and when I got it, it was the wrong connector. Picatini instead of key mod. I called and the customer service rep said they would over night the right one with a return label. Next day I got the label in an email but no tracking number. I called and talked to the manager and he said it shipped but the warehouse sent it standard ground. To remedy the issue he dove into town and sent another package overnight. I received it with two awesome hats and an apology and a partial refund. This is so refreshing because the last order I made from a different company in the same area screwed me out of a lot of money and did nothing to fix their mistake. Bottom line Primary Arms has won my business. I will order from them again.

The grip is very well made and a lot lighter than I expected which is a plus. Best part of buying this grip was how fast primary arms shipped it out. Best internet retail experience yet.
