The center core is precision machined from 4140 chrome moly steel with a tough black nitride finish and provides shooters the option to quickly shift from traditional 90-degrees to a convenient 50-degree short throw. For aesthetics, the ambidextrous aluminum levers an eye-catching anodized finish.

The heart of the SLS Fifty safety selector is Fortis Manufacturing's patent pending RidgeKey locking mechanism. Not only do the levers mount quickly and securely to the core, the system creates a solid point of contact eliminating weak points. The core is machined with the short throw and traditional 90-degree throw section on the same side of the drum, making it incredibly simple to switch and find the style that's right for you without removing the drum from your lower!
