This little subcompact is chambered for the popular .380 ACP, offering 6-rounds on tap with the included magazines. The G42 features all the same enhancements found across the Gen4 line as well, from the new aggressively textured frames and modular backstrap system to their highly effective dual-recoil spring system and enlarged reversible magazine catch. The trigger on this striker fired pistol features an integrated safety that must be depressed before the gun will fire as well as an internal striker safety to prevent the gun from firing if dropped. Moving up to the top of the pistol is a black Nitride finished slide for long lasting corrosion and wear resistance. The G42 uses standard fixed sights with a dot-and-bucket arrangement that can easily be upgraded to night sights or competition sights. Included with this Glock G42 is two 6-round magazines.
