With both options at your finger tips, you can customize your scope to perfectly match your needs.

This 1-6x24mm GLx scope is equipped with the first focal plane ACSS Raptor M6 reticle. The ACSS Raptor M6 reticle has been calibrated to be true at every magnification. The reticle's features include automatic ranging out to 600 yards, moving target leads, and a large, fast horse shoe that easily draws your eye to the target. This caliber specific reticle is tuned for 5.56 NATO, 5.45x39mm, and .308 Win. Partial red reticle illumination is provided by a single (included) CR2032 battery. Everything perfect except brightness of reticle

by

It is not as bright as either the Viper PST 1-6 or the PA 1-8 Platinum. Everything else, eyebox, clarity, tracking, etc., is class-leading and exceptional. On highest setting you can sort of see the red center circle in bright conditions. Nowhere near red dot bright. Just can see it.

Not daylight bright

by

It’s not daylight bright but it’s otherwise perfect

scope does it & more

by -

I mount this scope w/resevation on my 16" AR10 sight in scope for 100 yrds. then shot a 5 rounds group 3/4 spread then shot again @200, @300, @400, @500 & @600 on 12" metal target all hit one by one. I am satisfied, but my wife step up she shot @10, @200, @300 & @400 withe same exact dope I did. So the griffin reticle did what it designed and more

Pretty nice glass

I am a big fan of PA. I own a few of their products and the m6 reticle is great. Chevron > dot...the closest comparison would be the vortex strike eagle ffp with bdc3. Glass is better imo on PA 1-6 allowing me to see just as far if not further than the 1-8 on the strike eagle. Overall pretty nice package, really at the point my only gripe for $700 is that PA doesn't offer lense caps...that's just me being disappointed over a minor thing though. Scope is great, would recommend anytime! ACSS imo can't be beat!

Solid, though with one flaw

by -

I bought this to try out a FFP LPVO to see how I liked it, and it turns out I like it a lot. The reticle design is clean and intuitive, the eye relief and eyebox are generous (although the eyebox understandably tightens up at 6x), and the glass quality is as good as my Viper PST 1-6x.

I’m happy with it overall, but was a little disappointed to see the “daylight bright” illumination isn’t really daylight bright. It’s enough to provide some contrast against difficult backgrounds like vegetation, but it doesn’t really jump out, and you may find yourself hunting for the center at 1x. Granted, the reticle design helps draw in your eye to the center, but it’s a little misleading to call it daylight bright.

That being said, I do like it and will probably end up keeping it.

Exactly what I needed

by

Using this for an old m1a, as a red dot and magnifier don't really work for that platform. The glass is very clear and good eye relief, I zeroed and used out to 400 yards. Impact at 200 and 300 worked well on the bdc reticle, but I had to hold about 450 to hit the 400. I have access to longer range but haven't had chance to try it out yet. I let my friend shoot it and he was very impressed by the glass. Great scope for the price, it is bright on 11 but not like an aimpoint when shooting in the sunlight

Very Clear Glass

by

This is a straightforward 1-6 1st Focal Plane Optic that works well with 308 and 5.56 rifles. It works well on my AR 10 and the bullet drop ladder is spot on out to 300 yards. The glass quality is very good, almost Platinum, and this could be used in the DMR role in a pinch, but its more of a battle rifle, mid distance hunting scop.

Effective .308 Battle Rifle Scope

by

I have this on a PSA AR 10 with 18 inch barrel and the glass quality is excellent. The BDC ladder is spot on with 147 to 150 grain M80 ball. Its very easy to zero and works well in a 3-gun type competition. I haven't tried anything beyond 500 yards, but I think 600 to 800 yards should line up with the reticle.

Should have been sfp

I really want to like this optic. It has excellent glass, an excellent reticle, and excellent construction, BUT it being a ffp optic ruins the experience at 1x and 6x.
1x has a good eye box, but everything is fishbowled (eye piece properly adjusted). However it does feel like a true 1x so I'll give it that.
At 6x Glass is still really clear, but the eye box is absolutely tiny and everything is still fishbowled until you are looking at 500m and beyond.
As far as construction goes, I love the throw lever, its exactly big enough to adjust magnification easily and small enough not to stab into your chest continuously.
Overall this optic feels exactly like the sig t6 ffp but at half the price making it a great value. If it was sfp it would be even better and probably a little cheaper.

Great entry level lpvo

Bought a cosmetic blem model. Glass is clear, adjustments are easy and tactile, the illumination with an off between every setting is absolutely awesome. 2 complaints: definitely not daylight bright even in early dawn. And the 1x is a little off and makes things appear smaller, this could be part of the blem, all in all a great product.
